Q: 1. Which sling should I choose?
A: For long-distance carrying and precise shooting, a two-point sling is the best recommendation. It provides the most stable and comfortable carrying experience, conserving energy during hiking and allowing you to quickly tighten the sling to enter a stable firing position when a target is spotted. Avoid single-point slings, as they may cause the gun to sway during prolonged walking.
Q: 2. Why does my sling always slip off my shoulder?
A: This usually has three reasons:
• The sling material is too smooth: Choose a sling with anti-slip padding or a rubber coating at the shoulder area.
• The sling is not properly threaded across the body: A two-point sling should cross the body diagonally (from the left shoulder to the right rib, or vice versa), with the muzzle pointing upwards or diagonally downwards against the body, rather than hanging haphazardly.
• Overall imbalance: If the front of the weapon (after mounting sights or a tactical light) is too heavy, the sling will rotate on the shoulder. Consider moving the front attachment point of the sling further forward onto the handguard to improve balance.
